When Chicago attorney Tony Dombrow wants to pay a compliment to clients, he takes them to Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab. The River North steak and seafood spot is so admired, he says, that being entertained there constitutes a sincere form of flattery.

Joe's can be a quiet lunch spot or, in the evening, a bustling bar scene, but no matter when he goes, Mr. Dombrow finds the steaks cooked perfectly and the seafood outstanding.
