i did it walking down swaledale the best bit for me

i did it from st bees on a mountain bike in 1992
which was quite hard (wainwrights)

did you do it east to west?? did you wild camp at all or stay at sites?

Thanks for the comments - we camped on sites including a garden at Bents Farm near Kirkby Stephen.
