A new home buyer was approaching the real estate sales agent for buying a new home. However, the real estate agent treated
the new home potential buyer as a non-trustable person not based on the fact and proof but only his bias in his mind. The
real estate agent set out some strict conditions that the new home buyer has to satisfy before the deal can be formed. This
is the nowadays' "Customer Relationship Management". Perhaps, the real estate agent is discriminating the potential home
buyer who speak in broken English.

I know he had the RIGHT to, but what kind of a dickhead puts "$15,000 cash back to purchaser" in a contract? Also, from what the realtor has indicated, this was done after the offer was presented to the owners. The slant just tried to slip it in. The Realtor is far from useless, he is trying to prevent these sellers from getting ripped off. Good on him.

Ok. So basically homeowners are just too ignorant to sell a house or deal with a "dodgy chinaman". So they should lose an exorbitant amount of money to nasty, arrogant, useless, worthless Realtors? By the way; this man had a right to change ANYTHING HE WANTED in ANY agreement the Realtor gave him. In legal terms it's called a COUNTER OFFER. And by the way FUCK REALTORS! Honestly. The "maker" of this video is a fraud and a con - the real estate agent isn't being racist or doing anything wrong, he's simply trying to sell a house. the "buyer" is an idiot and seems to be trying to make a case that doesn't exist, not to mention that he had NOTHING to say when the real estate agent called him out about lying.

seems this realtor is mad that the buyer placed conditions in the offer schedule. He is probably mad that he (potential buyer) may have gotten away with something when realtors themselves try to get over on clients. They want to be in control of every aspect of the home sale so that they can ensure their commission. Many of them are like useless car salesmen who are just trying to make sure they get their money.
