Those are some great tips, Ralfy! This is why I watch your channel. You seem to genuinely care about making sure we don't put our malty bucks toward something that is substandard or overpriced. Not to mention different ways to take a middle ground whisky and make it the best it can be. This is greatly appreciated and I think I speak for all of us when I say I hope you never stop your entertaining and informative malt reviews. Cheers!!!! :)

@shuboy05 This kind of business is growing here...now, some small and independent companies are starting to bring us some single single malts like Ardbeg, Clynelish, An Cnoc (excellent), Balvenie....and a huge selection of blended whiskies like Cutty Sark, Grants, Lauders, Vat69, Whyte & Mackay, Teachers, Bells, Famous Grouse, Dewars (very good)...We have cachaça, but in US you have a lot of superb bourbon and tennessee....Gentleman Jack is amazing....cheers from Brazil!

ahhh, Ralfy..classic as always.
Ralfy, thanks for the great ideas to enjoy my Whisky. I have a question, can you comment on the mixing of Green Tea and Whisky? There were articles about this mix from China a couple years back, and this is my preferred way to drink more budget whiskys without flooding it with cola like you mentioned.

@ralfystuff, thanks for this vlog. I enjoy scotch very much, but sometimes I get fatigued by trying to analyze and break it down. Sometimes you don't want to think, and just enjoy a tasty beverage. IMO, Making a long drink is a perfect way to enjoy the basic nature of scotch without trying to decipher subtle flavors. (Not sure I would do this with any expensive single malt though). Do you ever try scotch neat with a lemon twist, or even an olive - or is that too sacrilegious?
