GearApp CRM provides you with a simple tool to segment your clients, track interactions and relationships, produce reports and monitor your pipeline in a single place. Let's see how it works.
Once logged in, you'll see the information of contacts, companies, activities, documents and opportunities clearly presented in tabs. The Start page reminds you quickly of your tasks today or any that you have missed.
When you click on any tab, for example, company, you can immediately grab the appropriate information by selecting the right value from the the right filters to immediately have a bird's eye view on the distribution of the companies. The filters work well with the charts so that different angles of analysis can be obtained instantly. Clicking on the Chart icon again will then lead you back to the list view.
In GearApp, looking for information is extremely easy. For example, you can find a contact from the search area of the Contact list, or simply type the contact in the quick search area. Any accessed information will be left to in the Recent Item panel to let you track it later quickly.
Once the information is searched, GearApp CRM will present you the detail and all related information, like Jason's contact information, all upcoming activities with him, the histories, any opportunities, related documents, and the facebook-like comments that shows you all relationships of Jason with any information in GearApp.
GearApp is specifically designed to allow users great flexibility to decide what their environment should look like according to their requirements. Just click on "Change Setting" button [little pause] and on the "Design Page", users can add or remove fields and their values of any information at their desire. Filters can easily be altered to suit their only way of grabbing information.
Apart from working on the details, you can also act fast on other related information. You can quickly access your colleagues' calendars on the public activities, to view the activities in monthly, weekly or daily views or simply see them in list. You can upload or download documents, categorizes them or assign them to your colleagues as that of activities. Managing pipeline is pretty much the same as managing contacts. What's more, GearApp provides you with one button access to see your real-time pipeline and you can further twist it a bit by working on the appropriate filters.
