yup glow plug relay

It's your glow plug relay take a piece of wire and make a jumper and touch the two post together or get a new relay. Happens to probably every 7.3 eventually.

Sounds like you might want to try and hold the starter for another half second once it tries to start

if u use starting fluid DO NOT use the glow plugs after u spray in the starting fluid
