@XjapanXdaisukiX What's wrong with plastic surgery is that people want to pass it off like some rare gift and while the fans again worship them even more if they are "beautiful" and they parade around like they're some special type of pony, haha. But in all reality, they walked into a sterile hospital building and went under the knife! Now that's blasphemy! Really, you're asking what's wrong with it? Lying about it is the number one thing wrong with it. Real people app honesty.
Face it. Almost every country has people that have gotten plastic surgery. Some people are confident, some people are not. In asia's case there alot more cases because society is really strict about ones apearance (the reason why so many asian girls are stick thin) and sorry but whats wrong with plastic surgery? I think if they have a great personality than it doesnt really matter about what they done to there face. In my opinion makeup is no different.
International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery confirms that South Korea is indeed the country with the world's highest per capita rate of cosmetic plastic surgery.
BBC News "S Korea's cosmetic surgery boom",
BBC News "The price of beauty in South Korea",
New York Times "Economy Blunts Korea’s Appetite for Plastic Surgery".
Also you can check who needs plastic surgery?, Japanese or Korean (watch?v=qUpJmgb4ZXY )
★It is the Japanese edition of the Korean major newspaper (Joins)
◎By the way, it is reported, "Only in capital Seoul, the number of clinics related to the cosmetic surgery is about 2000" by the article in South Korea major newspaper Joins in 2002. This is more than the number of related facilities of the entire Japan when referring to the material of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan.
You said Japanese don't undergo plastic operations???LOL This is like the funniest thing I've ever heard in my entire life. So many Japanese celebrities(secretly) and normal citizens do plastic surgeries. Don't make up stories. And this is not called animation.
I'm sure SOME Japanese celebrities have had surgery, like MANY celebrities all over the world. But a LOT of them have not, and using images of them as children or when they were young, and comparing it to them older, in professional - often photoshopped - photos shows NOTHING. It is not that widespread, you're thinking of S.Korea, and I think the claims about that are off too.
If I put a photo of me aged 14-18, it would look totally different to me now at 23 - especially if it had been 'shopped.
@XjapanXdaisukiX People with integrity, which is of course me, appreciate honesty.

This animation is a mistake. The Japanese doesn't undergo plastic operation. It is South Korea.
