This recipe is inspired by my mother's old recipe for Russian vegetable pie, and its also brought to you by the letter P. I say that because in updating and lightening the recipe, I found myself using a ton of P ingredients. This recipe now calls for : Phildelphia Cream Cheese (of course!), Puff Pastry Dough, Portobello mushrooms (well, baby bellas) I even focused on Portion control and made them into mini Pot Pies. Hi Lacey - Love this recipe, I'm going to make it for my Russian father in law for dinner tomorrow night. A tip - it would be great if you started the video with a list of the ingredients that you need, or even flip that on screen as a pop up graphic for a while. Cheers :)
