Can this stuff be done with Sony Vegas?

I think, lightning yes, energy ball no, and fire maybe with some noise textur and masking, but I did noty try ever.

shining a colored light on your palm/ surface helps to match the light being projected from the ball later on :)

i can make all that its very simple.. fire isnt that good use particle world for it next time experiment a little.
