  • Look at those arms...the fact that you can do 2 minutes of punch push ups non-stop doesn't really do anything to convince me I can =/

  • so what happens if your the 99% of people in the world who cant do more than 3 punch pushups?

  • Wow I really like your decline punches and cyclone squats... But as I asked in another post can you go through the full workout for the full amount of time that?? That way we can follow along at home and not have to pause every few seconds... do that I would probably watch a few of your vids everyday and follow along as my workout... it would be great motivation to have a "trainer" right infront of you pushing you.. your workouts are great and very smart!!

  • is this afterburn workout good without weights for exercises 2 & 4?

  • @d3v1lry the goal of this program is to push you to your limits not necessarily completing all of the sets. so you need to do as much as you can in a short period of time, in this case, 2 minutes. you dont have to do so much you passout or anything...
