Arc13's Top VGM #26 - Mega Man X5 - Izzy Glow/Shining Hotarunicus

Mega Man X5 was a fun entry in the series(tough to top the first of course). I'd say this one was my 5th favorite of the 8 that exist.
This stage especially stuck out to me, the background combined with the music just made it extremely intense feeling to be walking up them stairs with this melody playing in the background. Izzy Glow may have not been the best of the bosses, (That honor goes to the Sciver) but he was most certainly the best musically.
