DID YOU KNOW: In the wild, a skunk's life expectancy is only 2 years !! However, a domestic skunk kept as a pet has a life span of 8-12 years if they kept on a very strict diet of the proper foods and not allowed to become over weight. Peaches was born May 8th 2006 and is one year old today! Peaches only gets a cup cake ONCE a year on her birthday. Other then that she gets virtually no treats other then some occasional Gains Burger as a reward for some favorable behavior like a trick or coming when I call here. Also when she was young I would leave an occasional Gains Burger on the rail of her litter box to encourage here to return frequently to her box - it is an excellent way to excellerate a skunks litter box training. It took about 6 months to totally perfect, but now Peaches uses her litter box about 99% of the time.

You might need a therapist, one for keeping a skunk for a pet, two for throwing it a party, and three for showing the whole interwebz that you have no life at all.
