Slayers Light Magic would work, as well as The Knight of Aqualord, the Dynast battle, and the Luke-Shabranigdo fight. If they did an Hourglass of Falshes... it'd have to be an OVA... I don't think they could air that on public television.

@millgiass They wanted to introduce the series to a new audience, so they decided to gloss over details about the first Zanaffar fight when they made this.

@millgiass Ah, that's actually pretty easy to explain.
You see, in the novels, there were two Zannafar fights. This was the first one in the novels, the one vs Copi-Rezo was actually the second one. To be fair, it has been over 10 years since they had a season, so that detail might have slipped their minds a bit.

This series kinda pissed me off minorly, in ways it kind of shrugs off the first time they fight Zannifar as if it never really happened. Sylphiel is the big issue with this one. She kinda makes it as if it never happened by how she talks to Lina about Zannifar. I've only watched the dub, so I don't know if that is the case in the Japanese version. But the slayers has always been ripe with flash backs and honorable mentions, Revolution just seems to pretend the first Zannifar fight didnt happen.
