Unless your planning on becoming a funny one, (unlike Mr. Howard, that is) that will consume large amounts of your time. All you've got to do is, do silly voices and impressions of stereotypical homosexuals, then chuck in a barrel load of unfunny gags relating to "licking anal hair", some self confidence. Then bam, your a hit with all Russell's fans (Aka everybody in the comments with no sense of humour).

I'm not watching his videos, a friend of mine shared this so-called "hilarious" clip on Facebook (Which I'm soon to quit facebook, because it's steamrolling in shit). Only women/12 year old girls find him funny, because he wears trendy clothes and is "hot" despite his lazy eye. @chickenkika He's better than me? Just because he has "fame" doesn't mean he is in fact, "better than me", take Victoria Beckham for example, why is she famous?
