  • thanks fr showing this. tho it's kinda hard seeing the lines on the plate when you streaked it but I think I got the main idea. I needed to see an example since i kept doing this wrong so thanks again

  • @luvsweetheart Yes, the reflected lighting and markings from the bottom of the plate obscured the lines, so one has to pay special attention to the 90 degree rotations. If we have time this summer, I will make another version where the lines are more evident.

  • @markmicrobiology that's true. It seems even harder to see online but you're right it is important to pay attention to the rotations, even in lab it is sometimes kinda hard for me to see. It's okay even if you don't make another version but at least you made one that's quite helpful. I'm actually taking micro this quarter so am not sure if I'll still need to watch it if you happen to make one, unless I fail which I hope I dont but it's very tough class.Though thank you for that
