In October of 2009 Mel Bay Publications releases his second instructional DVD world wide. In this video he makes a joke about drummers playing too fast. The video features both our Pro1-V Bigfoot Pedals with extended footboards, and the New Dominator Series which are less expensive, and some would say even faster than our original Pro 1-V direct drive bass drum pedals.

Trick Trivia - A Collectors Note for the future , 7 footboards confirmed.
The Dominator footboard as seen on the cover artwork of Ritter's DVD was in fact laser engraved in our factory. Ritter has never actually played the engraved pedals.
Both footboards are now said to be in storage for safe keeping. There are only four people in the world that Trick Percussion has done this special type of laser engraving for. Ritter is one, the other three were Chris Adler, Art Cruz, and The Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger. Mick Jagger's Pro 1-V bass drum pedal was a birthday gift purchased for him by his family. While Mr. Jagger is not an official artist with Trick, many people do not know that he is also a proficient drummer.
We will never speculate for anyone what the estimated value of these footboards will be in the years to come, but we will verify that it did happen in house at Trick, and that the 7 footboards are the only ones of their kind. Adler, Cruz and Ritter were sent 2 each engraved Dominator Series footboards, and Jaggers was a standard length Pro 1-V footboard.

@THATGUYTHATBLASTS - Haha, everyone would laugh at my double kick playing!! I'm no double kick player by any stretch of the imagination... I use them because I have a bad knee, and the dominators are very easy to play.
