@cutterx2202 "your muscles aren't doing a majority of the work" translates to this" The bottom of the rep is the hardest. By bouncing, you're dropping the weight, letting your muscles rest, letting gravity gain momentum to spring back from your bone structure and then afterward your muscles pick it up again after resting. In short: cheating. Work on your form.

Bouncing off your chest doesn't count as you "doing" 405 "raw." It's called cheating because your muscles aren't doing a majority of the work. I voted you down because the title is a fraud. When you can do the same without bouncing, then maybe I'll "like" your video.

I don't have enough time to ask everyone in the gym to look over at me doing heavy weight so I scream to ensure I haven't missed anyone :)

Regarding the comment about not screaming like an idiot, I am considerably stronger than you are repping 415 for six to seven reps raw then 455 for a triple and 630 in my Titan fury, I scream my lungs out while doing it, the benefit for me might just be mental but it definitely makes me lift more weight and gets my adrenaline flowing, if it does not positively affect you to yell then just realize everyone is different and do not insult other lifters for no reason.

screaming is awesome because it increases the adrenaline in a quick burst allowing you to finish. I bet you can do more weight than that if you screamed no lie.

"screaming doesn't make you stronger" offcourse it does, cause it relases the preasure, so you dont kill yourself and helps you psyhicly, maybe you're strong, but you know shit, and you love yourself too much i think...
