Hi again, not seen Spamalott but yes I bet it was really funny. The exchange rates are all over the place at the moment, even worse if you need to convert to Euro's. On our way to NYC our flight was cancelled and so we had to travel via Atlanta..... we were only there for a few hours - SO HOT!, then there was an amazing thunder storm, bolts of lightning filling the whole sky. I hope to return to the US and do some proper exploring (NYC was my first visit).
I'll have to catch Mama Mia next trip to NYC. My wife and I were in London in December for our 25th wedding anniversary, and while there, saw Spamalott (what a hoot) funniest and most entertaining thing I've seen in a VERY long time. TOOK A BEATING ON THE DOLLAR against the British Pound, OUCH. (Come down here to Texas in August for some real heat ;)
What floor were you on? I snapped a picture out of my 29th floor room in October, basically same view on the Broadway side of the hotel. See it on EPINIONS, just type in NOVOTEL, New York and look for my review and picture.
Wonderful

Hi from London... we were on the 28th, end of Aug. 2007.... the air conditioning worked well.... we needed it as it was so hot.
That Stardust diner next to the theatre sucked!!... but the show (Mamma Mia) was really good.
