  • Hi karena and katrina, my question is directed to katrina , i was just wondering how you lost your 10lbs s ..anyway im 5"4 and want to loose about 9 kilos what is the best type of training i can do to achieve that and any other tips you have for me to loose weight and 'tone it up' :) thanks so much girls !

  • @hollyrb92 if you want to see results quickly, you have to incorporate a nutrition program designed to produce this!   • Hey Karena and Katrina I need advice and help!! I have huge thighs it's hard to get rid of I don't know what exercises I should be doing and how much of it. I also have fat around my knee's I just can't stand, I want to have the nice leaner legs with lean knees. Please help!

  • Im becoming so lazy with school and everything and sometimes I want to workout but i rather spend my time relaxing then i end up regretting it because I could of worked out and if i have time I always say "later"... I use to be so committed to working out. Any suggestions to put an end to to this habit?

  • @genny7172 YES!!! There's many reasons behind the 'booty call' workout... 1. you wake up and do it before your day gets in the way. 2. no one can stop you before ur day begins. 3. fat burning is high in the morning 4. your metabolism and core temperature will be high ALL day! So our suggestion is to go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual and wake up 30 minutes early and do one of our workouts. if you did this consistently ~ it could be up to a 6 pound weight loss per month! Remember....

  • @californiacation93 I had the same problem. I started choosing sweet fruits like berries instead of candy and greek yogurt with honey instead of ice cream.
