Home Of Grace Care Centre - Canadian visitors (November 2011)

This is the reason we went to Kenya. We spent a few days with the wonderful children and staff at Home Of Grace Care Centre. The director, Edina (27), started caring for orphans and street children several years ago and now oversees the staff who all care for 30 orphans and vulnerable children. They are incredible! The children have hope for a future where there was none, thanks to the generosity of Canadian donors (and the Americans who joined in). There are no government supports in Kenya so they rely on the support of individuals like us.
