The word "jerk" does not describe Mr. Chavez at all.
A lot of Venezuelans are killed in cold blood because of his speeches or because of his orders, and he does not care a bit.
If he can, he will kill much more people in Latin America, and if nobody stop him this massacres will reach USA.
I know it's hard to believe that such hybrid from Hitler and Amin may exist. But it does.
