    It looks like a moped, max speed 25 km/hour and no helmet required. Follows the same traffic rules as cyclists.

    Extra point of advice: put something soft on the bike rack (e.g. in autumn/winter your rain coat/pants,shawl; in spring/summer your jacket). Eventhough it looks like it, traveling along on one's bike rack is never comfortable! Your butt always hurts. Putting something soft under your butt can reduce the pain ;-)
