man i think alex has what it takes to be a really good qb. how can any niners fan (like myself) put this guy down????? he was surrounded by a bunch of no-talent-ass-clowns! not even steve or joe coulda got it done w/the o-line protecting alex...or NOT protecting alex more like it. dude he had like 2-3 seconds to get rid of the ball, he was under pressure as soon as he finished a 3-step drop! gimme a break! im pulling for alex, i hope he makes it back to being the starter. go niners!

its hard to believe how the forty-whiners are still bad mouthing this guy. get over it. there won't be another Steve Young or Joe Montana that'll come along for this organization. After injuries, joke of a coaches and the list of offensive coordinators, he's finally got the team support he needs to win games. As a niner faithful, I nominate this guy as offensive captain for the coming season.

@jls274274 I was with you through those years man, I finally think it has paid off. But I think we can all remember atleast one game where we gave up on him. I remember one game where he didn't throw a first down until the 4th quarter... you can only push a fan so far, you know? But, I guess we can all celebrate now, and I hope he gets another contract, he loves us even when our fans booed him all these years, I want him to be our quarterback, don't care what anyone else says.
