Buses travel regularly between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, a journey that takes roughly 4 1/2 hours. About half way along the coach stops a road side cafe for light refreshments.

It is always nice to chat with fellow passengers. On this particular journey I spoke to a traveller who was a police man from New Zealand.

  • is that stretch of road paved ?

do all buses have guides who speak english ?

  • @chong890 Yes, except for the odd bumpy bridge the ride is very smooth.

On all the coaches I've traveled on in Cambodia the guides have spoken English.

  • Wonderful quality, what is the model camcorder you used? Thanks

  • @rogerparis I currently use a Canon HG20 camcorder
