@xXL3GITAMACYXx1 except in the case of lane changes, the van is not technically behind the car it is beside it...you cannot leave one lane without making sure you can safely get into another Although I do agree the van is going too fast

@willietx So? The cops write both of them tickets. The person in the van sues the person who cut him off for a bit more money than the ticket, due to all the other expenses in a ticket. The end. Also, why do you respond to a six month old comment?

@chester10999 Yeah but then who's at fault? Surely the van driver even if the guy did cut him up...
-
That van should have just stayed there and let the person try to come over. The jackass would've then been tapped in the bumper and skid out of control, probably crashing just like the van did.

douche bag

number one: the sadan di not hit the minivan
number two: the minivan was clearly going too fast. it did not have enough reaction time, and the rule of the road is the person behind is always responsible for the person in front

@fivestep5 No darling. Britain = Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland England. England = ENGLAND.

This minivan was minding its own business? I always thought the minivan was getting into fights with other cars...

It's all because of that faggot dumb driver cutting the van off, probably no indication!
