  • I like the overall message, though I am particular to the details since I am keen on the Strength and Conditioning industry. I say take in the points, but not all of them to the tee since this isn't a fitness professional speaking.

  • dude can i do proffesional calisthenics ?

  • hey dude thanks for this :)

  • @EatMyLeadMd

back is a bigger muscle group than biceps(small muscle group) so thats why back needs a bit of more work.

  • guys 4 exercises for biceps really are bad...in order to stimulate biceps more you have to do like back and biceps in the same day,by doing this when you first do barbell rows or deadlift you already start hitting biceps indirectly, then by doing just 1 or 2 exercises for biceps (with good form) you will have a good biceps routine

  • You said 4 exercises for biceps is bad but then you name 4 exercises for back, is it beneficial to have a variety of exercises for some muscles and not others? why does back (etc) benefit but not biceps? Where did you find this information? or did you discover it from personal experience? thanks.

  • I agree on most of the stuff. There are incredibly valuable tips in the video. I don't get the dislikes. Only frustrated jealous people do that, lol.

  • Can you please elaborate on why doing 3 exersizes for biceps is bad?

Also can you elaborate on the tension overload part and best ways on how to do that over time?

  • and 6.Strenght progress?

this isn't an important factor in my opinion and doesnt prove something

You can have a good day at the gym ( you will lift heavy and feel great) and you can have shitty days when you can't lift as heavy as you used it all depens on how you eat+resting.

  • 1.i dont agree.Whats so special about their training? the only bad thing that i could see at them would be their high volume at some muscle groups and sometimes their bad form

    2.i agree

    3.i agree

4.Well believe me or not..my biggest gains that i've got at biceps were from cheating barbell curls

    5. 3-4 exercises for biceps is pretty good lol.The only problem would be the Diet.if your diet is bad you won't get gains, you'll overtrain yourself:
