@bsdesor I wasn't in the darkness to begin with. I understand God and his creation. He is our lord and father, but Born-Agains such as yourself live in the darkness and refuse to learn anything that is outside of the bible. How about trying to see God's world in the way it is and quit raising your hand in the air and dancing like a jackass.

@hipstermi It is usually contemporary music I think. I agree alot of Christian singers tear up and some may be fake but I feel it is because most like Kari are using their gift to work for GOD. I cant sing and usually dont tear up when I sing but when I give my testimony or speak to a Church about my past or speak to kids about my past and their future I catch myself tearing because I feel that when I am doing so there is somehting about it that makes it very emotional.

it's called contemporary praise and worship. gospel is sung in southern baptist churches and has more of the old school "amazing grace" sound.

those tears are that you see in every video is the outpouring of the holy spirit, not saying EVERY time it is but ill will give 95% the other 5% i would say its singers who got caught up in the moment and really isn't feeling GOD move. Kari Jobe isn't one of them.
