Just a demo of driving an 8 speed Eaton Roadranger Crashbox with a splitter. This is a H pattern gate with 4 low and 4 high gears controlled by a splitter using the double clutch method.

  • Ill never forget my 1st experience with a 13spd roadranger. It was in a 1978 Mack Econodyne set up as a water cart for roadworks. One day the boss says to me "theres 1st, theres reverse, off ya go", haha. Somedays it would glide up and down every shift and other days it would crunch each and every gear, lol. Trying to slow down with 27000L of water and it refusing to gear down for ya... Im sure thats where all my white hairs came from, lol ツ
