States Flipped (2004 R to 2008 D): Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia. Plus Nebraska #02 (Omaha area).
No, it is not a state. That's why it doesn't have representation in the House or Senate. It was specially created as a non-state district to avoid giving too much power to any one state.
Looking back at this video now that the election is over, is anyone else stunned by the fact that Obama was only at 50% in CNN's poll of D.C.? He won D.C. with 93% of the vote.
Also North Dakota should never have been a toss up. I don't know why so many sites and news organizations had North Dakota listed as a toss up. McCain won North Dakota by 8 points. North and South Dakota should have been listed as lean McCain.
Also, Ohio and Florida should have been lean Obama, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Colorado, New Mexico and Nevada all should have been safe Obama. West Virginia and Arkansas should have been safe for McCain.
I'm sure when John king whacks off he's thinking of his "magic wall".

Not to mention Missouri was wrong in 2008. That's the first time they've goofed since Adlai Stevenson in 1956.
