That was the best Anime I saw coming from IC, though I saw this as one of the more unique ones.
Seriously, I think it was IC that showed me just where Anime could go beyond what Toonami offered.

@XellosNi that brings back memory, I found this anime from International Channel, right behind toonami it is my 2nd place for watching anime back around 1999. good times, too bad they are all gone now, including this type of anime.
