I think it is much easier to make a teaser trailer, because it is short. I just put some interesting scenes together to fit the rhythm of the music. And it just works fine.

However, when it comes to 90 seconds trailer, you have to tell the story clearly within such limited time, and also consider the attractive factors. That is difficult.
