Jointwave H.264 Encoder Demo System Setup

This video shows you how to setup the Jointwave H.264 Encoder demo/evaluation system. It consists of the following hardware:

- A Altera Cyclone 3 Development Board
- A Bitec DVI Daughter Card
- A PC
- (Optional) A large screen HDTV or monitor

Jointwave H.264 encoder IP is capable of encoding Full HD 1080p30fps or 720p60fps on a single low cost Cyclone 3 chip or a Spartan 6 chip.

The encoder has a very small footprint, and consumes very little power. It is ideal for broadcast, industrial and consumer applications, such as DVR, Surveillance camera, STB with video conference.

The IP core is also good for making ASIC and ASSP.
