why isn't the video this clear in the game? When you watch this on the TV in the game it's incredibly low resolution. Blurry as hell

@gohanguy22 technically, it was. the music labelled as written by "the old gods of asgard" in the game are actually songs performed by poets of the fall. poets of the fall = the old gods of asgard (essentially)

The reason this looks so fake because it was low budgeted. This film was used in the actual Alan Wake game as a tv you can watch in Alan's apartment .

alan wake's voice actor IS matthew porretta, not ilkka.
it would be weird hearing someone else, le duh.

the death of alex casey? i'm confused in the game you find a manuscript called a sudden stop when you open it the voice of max payne tells that he's bleeding and that he's going to see his wife again. what does alex casey have to do with it? (wasn't alex casey the boss of max payne when he was still in the force?) or is alex casey just a fictional charecter (within a fiction game) and that they didn't want to give to much away.. man, i'm going to far into this..

@thejking Max Payne rights now belong to Rockstar, so there is a different name, Alex Casey - is a reference, an Easter egg.
