very frightened cat meowing

Sorry for the quality. I recorded this off my cellphone. My Myrchuk outside climbed up the fence and was very scared, and it was very hot day. So I tried to rescue him. I put on my safety gear (wrapped four scarves around my face, put on glasses, warm hat, hood, snow pants, gloves, and warm jacket). I had to do it, since my cat turns into savage beast outside when one touches him, biting and scratching very badly. By the time I put on my safety gear, my cat climbed down my fence, and when I showed up dressed, this was his reaction!
