That is really for men who are trying to bulk up. You may want to check other protein sources as Jay Robb makes protein powders that are good for RNY patients. Are you still using protein powders to make shakes?

I just wanted to say mahalo for sharing your experience as well as helping me understand what kind of foods are good during first couple weeks of surgery. I love watching your videos cause it's like a friend talking to me and telling me how to do things plus you're local. Hehe. Anyway, thanks again!

Thanks for sharing!!! The timer sounds like a good idea. This is also the first time I have heard about doing injections after surgery. I'll have to ask my doctor if that is something I will have to do as well.
