Mega Man Playthrough Part 1/5: Shaking Off Some Rust

Well, while I'm on MUGEN break to update characters and reconstruct my team, I think it was way past due that I got started on my Megaman playthroughs, starting with the first one, obviously.

It's been a long time since I've played the original Megaman so I'm a bit rusty, but I think that I'm off to a good start more or less. Part 1 contains Bomb Man, Guts Man, and Cut Man Stages. I play via emulator with NO save states. And sorry, no commentary at all on this playthrough. I might do it when I do Megaman 2.


By the way, I'm always up for suggestions and advice to make my videos in a bigger screen size (current screen size: 256 x 240), clearer, and hopefully get it in high quality for a change. Just let me know. Of course comment and rate about my Megaman skills, or lack thereof. :P

Stage Notes:
Bomb Man - I can't help but dislike these Sniper Joes. The originals were always the hardest because they had no set pattern in attack. Overall, the stage run wasn't so bad. I could have beaten Bomb Man much easier than this, but that last hit on the decent to the boss room messed up the flow. No deaths occurred.

Guts Man - Probably as smooth as I can get it. Those drop platforms were no problem at all. Other than some faulty hit detection, in my opinion, on those quake attacks, the Guts Man fight went as expected. No deaths occurred.

Cut Man - Same as the first two, relatively smooth. The only thing that I would take note is that I try to play too cute in certain areas and took some unnecessary damage. The Cut Man battle was cake. No deaths occurred.
