Very insightful. I'm not sure if I would have used the Chaplain satire on Hitler as a basis for a song because even dictators have a compelling message even though I know Dan's intentions are pure. I've been a fan of DRN from the beginning and you can't not like a message of love.

I had the privilege of seeing this man and his former band perform on a regular basis while living in Oregon.I loved him then and still love him to this day!!!I would love to see him perform again and get the chance to talk with him once more...he is just that damn good!

You are a good SOUL Dan. Love your music brother, now it's super nice to see how you are as a person. Blessings!

Chaplin's words are still relevant today. I think Reed's music only strengthens the message. It's a shame that some people need to post hateful comments, what they say about other people merely reflects who they are. Oh yeah, Rainbow Child was a fav of mine too. :D
Listen and learn before you comment.. naive everyday internet users.. at least add an "imho" before you state your ignorance.. Dan is one of the last passionate and mental musicians in the world, thank God he is back!!
We love you Dan!! Thanx for your music!!

Your hateful words betray your jealous at being uncreative and stifled human being. One can only hope you find truth and love inside and forgive yourself.
