The 5-bedroom, 3 ½ bath home at 1524 N Wood St in Wicker Park was nearing completion at the time of my visit and, typical of Noah Properties' homes, was already under contract. The list price was $1,299,000.

The home has all the characteristics of Noah Properties' luxury offerings: high ceilings with glass window walls that flood the home with light, an over-the-top kitchen cabinet and appliance package, a large master suite with a wall-to-wall master bath, and a ton of outdoor space highlighted by a roof deck with a fireplace and an adjacent wet bar. There's an additional deck off the family room and another above the 2-car garage.

Demetrius Simpson of Sergio & Banks is our tour guide in this sponsored video.

Sorry about omitting the price in the description, where we usually put it. We don't lock it into the video itself because the price may change over time. The list price was $1,299,000, and I've added it to the description.

Many developers are reluctant to state square footage because there are so many different ways of calculating it, and so many people who want to say that whatever measure was chosen was the wrong one, designed to mislead.

Hey Joe are most homes IN Chicago that slim...I've noticed that in the city, a lot of homes are slim and skinny, but long as you know what. Either way this is a beautiful home and Demetrius did an excellent job of explaining it's features. I've tweeted it and hope that you get more than 4 views lol.

Robert - the home will get a lot more than 4 views. The standard size city lot in chicago is 25 feet wide. Take out required side-yard setbacks and you're down to 20 feet wide for most homes. Just the way it is.
