The photo was taking before 2004, you can tell by comparing the uniforms of the soldiers. It is sick to spread rumors like this. Especially after Tibetans and the Dalai Lama has admitted about the riot.

You need to check your information again, this is a photo taking while preparing for a Hong kong film. These soldiers were used as actors to act as a crowd of monks. The Dalai Lama has admitted the riot. Why are you still spreading rumors?

This is a photo of a film production. It is not the Chinese soldiers dressing up like monks. This photo was taking in 2003. This is sick to spread rumors like this.
Why would they start a riot 5 months before holding the Olympics? Even 12 year old would understand not to create such big problems before something important.
The Dalai Lama admitted the riot, many Tibetans admitted the riot. Dailai Lama said he couldn't stop the exiled ones from going back for the riot.

Correction, The photo was first released by GCHQ on 19-3-2008 together with a short video, the next day the video was
Pulled back from the tv station and the net and was told that The photo was old. The picture is from this year.
Also you can see that chinese government had prepare hundreds of empty accounts already two years ago to spam the youtube. Have a look at the date in which those spam accounts whore created.

This photo was apparently made when soldiers were ordered to put on robes to play as actors in a movie.

I don´t know what he wrote in the video information, cos I can´t understand italian. But the picture show what happens. This is what some other european media told before, that chinese police wore monk robes and play tibetan terrorists.
But, maybe they want quit army and change to be monks?

It tells that Britain's GCHQ declare that 'EPL soldiers posing like Tibetans monks have started the violence in Tibet that has led to over hundreds of dead Tibetans civilians. The news was released on 20-3-2008
