Out of everyone in the world, if I could torture someone, I mean really torture (raping them with hot curling irons, things of that nature) it would be Kim Jung Ill. North Koreans are so fucking cruel to those poor people. They go way out of their way to make sure the North Korean citizens are as miserable as possible. As much as I hate Osama Bin Laden, atleast his followers have a choice, but these North Koreans are treated worse than the Jews in Nazi Germany. I could get real nasty with him
