  • LOL

you post a vid with neons on.

and then show ur number plate....

  • The clip was just a technical exercise, not to mentiong its over 3+ years old, the car it self is no longer about, so stop worrying lol.

  • But yes! seeing this derives from the comment below I have to add...

I have a few friends in the force as well as my brother being a barrister, wats shown on the clib is naughty, but no 1 would really bother 2 do much about it, if someone did! It would smiply go down to technicalities, this includes position, angle, intesity of lighing, colour displayed ect. I would know I'm an mechanical engineer. The most you can get is a £30 fine and be asked to take them off, hardly a "traffic offence"

  • I would go into more depth about it, but I'm limited to how much you can write here. Thanks

  • @Inconspicuous1 you wrote it off? =[]

  • I didn't. The idiot that came 50mph as I waited to go around a roundabout did. Still have the wheels if anyone is interested lol

  • @rthornhill1980 Go get killed in your saxo you chav wanker

  • People say "its still a rover". Half of the stupid fucks cant drive or own corsas, its funny on our part. I love my MG, and people who have driven it have changed their opinions. You all need to get the fuck off the bandwagon and stand on your own 2 feet and experiences

  • i have a fully stock mg accept interior neons and subs, im 17, costs me 1660 for the first year, there aint a better first car even though i get abuse about it being a rover 25:L

  • mines a rover 200 prob the best looking mgzr rep cheap 2 run insure and tax i could just buy a mgzr but no point my 200 looks better i think

  • @whiplash1111 Yep, postcode must help a lot I suppose, but took a lot of hunting. Was with Admiral.

Selling it though as due to the insurance rise of the past year for whatever reason it goes up to £3500 with same mods, no claims on it or anything and a years extra NCB. Effort. So getting a Yamha YZF-R125 due to costs of running and insurance.

  • nice rover bro..

  • @rockinatmidnight Seriously £1600 fully comp for a 1.4 even with those mods? Im 21 got quoted £1000 for a 1.8 160..(standard) Even with the mods i currently have on my current 1.4 (which are pretty much ideal to yours) i pay £580 fully comp.

  • @rockinatmidnight who you with?

  • @MattHamilton101 I'm about £1600 fully comp on my 1.4 ZR+ with mods, (Lightened flywheel, janspeed exhaust system, coilovers and brake upgrade (rover parts)) on driveway for 13000 miles a year!

It's worth hunting around for prices, especially at small brokers. I realise your comment is 5 months old now but thought i'd be useful!
