@roydenzamora No and yes. The Main Character activated the world combining machine which basically joined his world with the new world into one single universe.

He wakes up from it as if it were a dream to a world where both universes had combined. Most of the characters seemed to have knowledge of the changes, yet they also have knowledge of the workings of the combined universe as if they had lived it all their lives.
