Tales of the City Part 4 | Chapter 4

Mouse has a hell of time tap dancing around his life to his visiting parents, especially when "the mothers" rollerskate by and yell that they love his underware. that night, Mary Anne goes on her date with Norman after taking strange and bitchy Lexi out trick-or-treating. Norman extends the date by asking if she wants to go to a famous chinese food restaraunt with a funny shtick. Meanwhile, Dee Dee is having bitch after backstabber threaten to expose the ugly truth about being pregnant all while smiling politely at an uptown gallah. (I love that they went to their movie at the castro theatre. I've seen Sound of Music Sing-A-Long there and "Sick N Twisted" about 20 times. I miss SF.)

I remember reading the book (can't remember which it is, must be Further Tales of the City) and I was reading the content of this episode....On a greyhound bus on the way to NYC for the first time! It was great, the books and the movies parallel eachother well.
