  • that is a shity blade

  • The wood blade was a little heavy, but cheap and help build up my strength. I replaced it with a Bauer composite blade in my "Stickhandling Progress Video" go and check it out.

  • not worth the money

  • Thanks for the reply and I love your videos - I get annoyed by people who comment on other people's videos all day without making an posting their own videos as responses. So yea, Kwikhands is definitely pricey compared to the puck and homemade skillpad in your "My Skillpad" video. However, I found that they have helped me more because the added weight strengths my arms and more important teaches me "roll" my wrists to move the puck faster and "cup" the puck when catching it.

  • I am looking for the best material to practice indoor stickhandling on a carpet, what is it that you are practicing on there? Thanks.

  • It's just interlocking foam mats that you should be able to buy at Costco or Homet Depot. They obviously protect your carpet and give the steel balls a little bit of rolling resistance. If you want to practice with a puck, just buy a bit of lexan (clear plastic sheet) or UHMW PE as the puck will slide on that well (especially if you spray silicone spray on it). Good luck!

  • dude. love the music.

  • this traning metod is god for stikhandling

  • They are just heavy balls made of steel (largest ball is 8 times the weight of a puck and is primarily good for building strength). They aren't a magical training device, but they did really seem to help my cup the puck more and roll my wrists. If you look at my other videos and compare before and after. I improved a lot (definitely not a great stickhandler though). Prior to using these, I spent years practicing with a golfball... a regular puck on ice and never really got it.

  • how does this thing work? are the balls magnetized or sumthin to make it harder or just heavy steel or iron or sumthin? ive never heard of it til now
