My limited logic is air pressure is built up in the tank from pedaling the bike. The bike is spinning the air-screw … The air pressure built up from the air-screw is connected by hoses to the two adjoining drums which are spinning in opposite directions which generates steam or hot water which in turn can power a generator or provide hot water. My animation skills or more blunt PATIENCE are lacking when it comes to detail in most regard… 8-)
