Tax and legalize it. just remove the illegality and save money on enforcement and criminalization.

this would put cops Judges layers out of business sound really good !

its funny that these people support the use of more dangerous drugs in (morphine) pills medically
but not marijuana

why tax it? Why regulate it? Diet Coke is 1000x more harmful to your body and mind than marijuana is and it doesn't have special taxes or regulations...
Perform your civic duty, scatter as many seeds as you possibly can next spring. Save your seeds, plant them on public property. plant them on private property. plant them everywhere.

He's clearly disposing of a harmful substance via combustion to protect naive children who might take it, much like the police. Only, he doesn't have three tonnes to dispose of, so he can't exactly burn it in on a bonfire. He disposed of it the safest way possible.

has he ever smoked it? no until one of his family members has a sickness like cancer.. and they have to smoke what is he gonna do??? send em to jail?

Our society baffles me, so we can sell death in the form of tobacco and alcohol, but when it comes to a plant that has no proven correlation to really any health problems but is actually a form of medication they feel obligated to ban it. If weed is illegal then alcohol should be illegal.... Oh wait that happened already and the mob bootlegged it like crazy. Mob=Mexican Cartels. America needs to wake up

ok hippie bob is not helping our cause.
Prohibition has failed us. Regulation is needed if we're ever going to get marijuana off the streets and out of our children's hands.
Education is also key to the success of regulation. We need to teach our kids that recreational use is appropriate for responsible adults only.
