  • @JeffSemperFidelis most guys do back and biceps?? not this guy and the whole fucking hermanation... they do triceps and biceps on the same day, and then it won't be overtraining.

  • you dont have to do all these exercises in one training, just choose few of them and change them from time to time

    it seems that we must do everything in one day

    most guys train back and biceps

    I think the SHF does not explain the routines in the right way in any video

  • @JeffSemperFidelis no its not dumbass its overtraining if you do it twice a week or you exceed more than 55 min in the gym

    he trains biceps, a really small muscle, for a whole work out and he trains legs, the biggest muscle group in whole your body, for a work out.
