I have an Smith & Wesson M&P15x as well and love what you done with yours. All I have added is an eotech 512 with co witness. Hitting beer cans at 100yrds is too easy. Great review!

the best m&p 15 is the X! Mine is close to yours except i have an eotech 512.

Does the rear sight remove easy

S&W has came out with some minor improvements in their recent rifles. Early ones did not have m4 feed ramps. The m&p 15x i purchased in sept. 2010 came with m4 feed ramps and are now made fully in house. I love mine

how much does the gas block cost? Im looking into buying this same gun with the eotech holographic but i was worried the front sights would get in the way so im wondering if its affordable.

Nice looking rifle there. Did you have the A2 front site on it before? Should have done an install vid.

i did have have it on (check out ar15 full vid) i didnt even think about the install vid, i was to pumped to get the old one off and the new one on, sorry.
