Excuse me - don't mean to impose,
But let's talk a little bit about your beautiful soul,
You see we're mind and we're form and we're spiritual,
But that third aspect can be difficult
To put into words and syllables,
A place beyond concept where the miracles are seemingly born,
The pinnacle of human achievement,
The metaphysical
Aspect - be your very own trinity,
Classically regarded as divinity,
Magic - to be present and simply be,
Passive - how nature breeds activity,
We all have the capability
To calm our thoughts and train the psyche,
Increased awareness will set free,
The second word in human being

Hip-Hop, Rock & Roll,
Expressions of my Beautiful Soul,
Wisdom - for me to know what I control,
I quiet my mind and I listen close

thought-provoking opportunity for a One Minute Shift and a good journey to an expanded place. We can choose to BE positive and hopeful.

Ooohhh!! LOVE this one.. sends those neat little ~god*bumps~ of every molecule of my "BEing" quivering at attention. How you keep getting better, and MORE incredible "soul food" for this banquet of life is SO darn incredible, really! "BE YOU-tiful" expression of creativity and talents- and there's just so much that you've managed to pack into one minute!! Gotta watch this again.. and again.. AND again. AWESOME job!!!
