that's because they chose it for themself, i've heard guys who have had it as an adult and terribly regret doing it too.
It's all down to how badly you want it and how badly you'll deceive yourself into ignoring the negative side effects of it.

I've heard that, although some guys who've been circumcised as adults claim they can't tell any difference. I personally prefer cut ones...but that's just me.
